Lawn Mowing

Lawn De-thatch

Every lawn has some thatch. Problems occur when a lawn has too much. Thatch is the layer of living and dead organic material that lies on top of the soil. De-thatching will pull some thatch up. After De-thatching the loosened thatch needs to be raked or vacuumed and remove. This service is recommended during early Spring or on the Fall season.

 

Sliced Seeding

When the lawn has lots of thin areas or when lawn repair is needed, slice seeding can often solve the problem quickly, easily and with little mess or bother. Our system slices through the sod and plants new seed directly into the soil, eliminating the need to strip the existing sod, till the yard, or provide a straw cove. This service is recommended during Spring or in the Fall season.

 

Edging

Proper edging will help you keep grass from growing into the plants beds. Edging should always be combined with a mulching job for optimum success. This service can be performed anytime during the season.

Weeding

Weeding is done as needed during the season, but most likely during the warmer months. Hand weeding is a temporary solution. Instead, pre- and post-emergent chemical controls should be used to provide a more through and long-lasting solution to the weeding problem. This service can be performed anytime during the season.

 

Trimming/Pruning

This service will help with the growth, shape, and blossoms of the shrubs and tress around the property. This service is performed at different times of the year depending on a number of factors. Most of the shrubs and tress will benefit from this service if performed on a yearly basis.

 

Fall Clean-Up

Removal of leaves, acorns, and other fall debris from lawn and beds. Matted leaves should be removed as soon as possible to prevent damage to lawn areas. This service is recommended during the Fall season.
